As an attorney practices in Shanghai Co-effort Law Firm LLP.  She has conducted more than 35 commercial litigation case in Chinese court since 2018, as well as 3 commercial arbitration She represented many foreign companies to litigate in Chinese court.

          Before practice as attorney, Carly Zhou conducted many years of international trading business, mainly in export of goods. She has rich experience of development of International Marketing. To participate exhibitions in oversea, on behalf of the company to sign contracts with customers from many countries. She is responsible for negotiation with customers, from drafting contracts, make collection, arrange shipment on the base of her strong business sense to analyze and judge customers.

1. Represented the Hongkong company filed the lawsuit in Shanghai Maritime Court for delivery of goods without Original Bills of lading in international ocean shipping. The defendant compensated millions of damages for her clients.

2. Represented Italy company file lawsuit in Chinese Quanzhou intermediate Court for international sales and purchase goods disputes.

3. Represented Italy company file lawsuit in Chinese Court for unjust enrichment in the international sales of goods.
